Director of Marketing
Arkadia thrives as the Media Specialist and an educator for Lakeside Elementary School. She is active in and around the community, coaching baseball for the past 3 years, Pee-wee cheerleading for 2 years, and the VEX coach for the elementary for 2 years. She continues to grow and shines brighter than ever through her dedication to youth and her community.
Director of Initial Benefits
Lynette Niznik currently works in the Springdale School District in Springdale, Arkansas. She teaches English Language Development to students who are learning English as a second (or third) language. Ms. Niznik has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Spanish from Harding University and a masters degree in Educational Theory and Practice from Arkansas State University. She is passionate about equitable education for all students, especially language learners. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and baking and relaxing with loved ones.

He understands the importance of returns on investments and is dedicated to reaching goals and changing outcomes for the teachers we serve.
Director of Quality Care
Candace is a 2nd-grade elementary teacher in the Arkadelphia Public School district for Central Primary School. Teaching is an absolute passion alongside her love and praising of God. Her understanding of the importance of the role of a teacher in a child's life benefits Teachers. Support Teachers through planning and execution to impact the most lives possible.
