She is active in and around the community, coaching baseball for the past 3 years, Pee-wee cheerleading for 2 years, and the VEX coach for the elementary for 2 years. Lynette Niznik currently works in the Springdale School District in Springdale, Arkansas. She teaches English Language Development to students who are learning English as a second (or third) language. Ms. Niznik has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Spanish from Harding University and a masters degree in Educational Theory and Practice from Arkansas State University. She is passionate about equitable education for all students, especially language learners. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and baking and relaxing with loved ones.
